Some of the areas that we explore and develop in therapy are our capacity to be in the present moment, capacity to feel our body and our emotions, and our capacity to connect to others.

Making sense of the past, expressing feelings, befriending our selves, releasing shame and guilt, and ultimately aligning our living with our heart's desires are the guiding principles.

We often must make space for the dark, the pain, the confusion, the hurt, before we can slowly and surely, take a step at a time, into a lighter and more fulfilling experience of life.
